We know how hard it is sometimes for distributors to coordinate orders from start to finish, from client to factory, and we're committed to making our part of the process straightforward, direct, and most importantly, easy for you. We want you to know that once you pass off your order to us, it's in good hands.

Below is listed our terms of purchase. If you have any questions about it or take issue with a part or two, please give us a call, and we'll do our best to explain our reasons and accommodate your needs as far as possible.

Blu Prime Playing Cards works hard to make sure that the information displayed on this website is up-to-date and accurate. However, errors can occur and changes in details may occasionally happen, so we cannot be responsible for accidental errors or omissions in the information contained herein. This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If you have a question about a product or would like clarification, please call us by telephone to confirm any detail.

Trademarks and Copyrights
By submitting a design to Blu Prime Playing Cards, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, service mark, trade name, trademark, logo, portrait, graphic, artwork, statement, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.

Further you warrant and represent that no part of the design: (1) is the subject of any notice of such infringement you have received; (2) violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights or rights of public performance or (3) is subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Blu Prime Playing Cards from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Blu Prime Playing Cards which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided that Blu Prime Playing Cards gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Blu Prime Playing Cards pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Blu Prime Playing Cards harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Self-Advertising
All items shown on advertising material published by Blu Prime Playing Cards containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the logo reproduction capabilities of Blu Prime Playing Cards. Purchase of merchandise from Blu Prime Playing Cards in no way grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership or license of any logos or trademarks to you.

Right to Advertise
You may declare when you place an order that Blu Prime Playing Cards may not use the product resulting from your order in self-promotion. However, unless you specify this, Blu Prime Playing Cards reserves the right to use the product resulting from your order or images of it or them in self-promotion.

Return Policy
You must register any complaint within 15 days of receiving the finished product. However, in no case do we guarantee refund, either in whole or in part, or a return allowance. Please discuss your complaints with a member of the staff of Blu Prime Playing Cards when they arise. We strive everyday to meet the exact needs of our customers and we commit to handling your needs with respect and urgency, no matter what they may be.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from our facilities in China, our warehouse in Los Angeles, or our warehouse in Chicago. Please see the product information pages to find out from where your item is being shipped.

Start of Order
The date at which the delivery time conveyed to you starts counting down is the business-day on which Blu Prime Playing Cards has successfully received all artwork, received confirmation of proofs, and received all payment required for the order for which that delivery time is applicable.

Overruns / Underruns
We never charge you for overruns. Although we try to deliver your customer a few extra decks with every order at no extra charge, we will refund decks that may have been lost in shipping.

Pricing
Published prices are subject to change without notice. Intermediate quantities will be charged at the price of the immediately lesser quoted quantity. For example, if you order 4,000 pieces for which there is no price and there is a price for orders of 3,000 pieces, you will be billed the price per item for 3,000 pieces.

Markings
The union bug is not available on any of our products. Some products must be marked "Made in China". This is required by US Customs of any product entering the United States. This marking may be placed on the product automatically, and may not be represented on any proof presented to you. However, certain products we carry are exempt from unit country-of-origin marking requirements, so some products may not be marked as such. Please be sure to ask what the requirements are for any product about which you inquire.

Payment
We offer only very limited and only partial credit terms to our customers in an effort to maintain our low prices. Deposits of 50-80% are required on all orders for which any credit is extended. However, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payment. We also accept payment by check or wire transfer. For check and wire payments, the order start date is the date on which all money due has been cleared and fully transferred into our account. Your prompt or delinquent payment is reported to CreditConnect with ASI. Seriously delinquent accounts are referred to Receivable Management Services, Inc. for investigation and collection. Past due invoices may be assessed a 1.5% finance charge per month.

Artwork
If you need help with artwork layout, we can usually help you at no additional charge. Just send us whatever artwork you have, and describe to us how you want your work displayed. We'll send you a tentative PDF proof at no charge, and if you have modifications to it, we'll just send you another. We cannot do intricate logo-design, but in our commitment to making this process as easy for you as possible, we're here to help whenever we can. When this involves working with your artwork, we're here to do so.

Artwork Types
We can accept just about every type of artwork you can throw at us however, we prefer vector art in Illustrator or EPS format. Before your job gets put on the machines, we'll send you a bitmap-converted version of your artwork to confirm to you that your artwork has been accepted correctly.

Damage in Transit
If you notice any damage that may have occurred in transit, please report it to us immediately, and be sure to document and photograph the damage.
